Thursday, June 5, 2025 - Thursday is typically the golf day, and 2025 is no exception. The Mount Airy Golf Course is truly like no other course you’ve ever played before.
Thursday evening is the opening Ice Breaker Reception. Meet up with old friends or meet new colleagues. The vendor booths will be open throughout the reception.
Friday, June 6, 2025 - Friday starts with the Annual Meeting of the Society. Come support your section in the roll call. The section with the highest number of attendees on Friday morning will get an award and bragging rights for the rest of the year.
The Friday night program will be an event that takes advantage of Kalahari's indoor - outdoor meeting spaces with a Friday night luau, with pork,beef, chicken, and other delicacies cooked Hawaiian style with authentic entertainment.
Saturday, June 7, 2025 - Top off your conference experience with the Saturday evening President's Reception, the Gala Banquet, installation of officers, and entertainment

Professionals can get almost a year's worth of credits, and tour several projects and events of interest. Professionals with projects and papers to share have an opportunity to submit for one of our 15 technical presentations, or for our new "Lightning Round" presentation - with six different speakers in one session time slot, each speaking for seven minutes.
Guests can enjoy one of our many guest tours to local venues for shopping, tasting, dining or sightseeing.
Young guests will certainly enjoy the Kalahari Indoor Water Park.
Everyone will enjoy our Friday and Saturday events, with great food and entertainment.
