The 2025 ASHE National Conference will be held at the nationally known Kalahari Resort in the
beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
Noted for its African theme and large indoor waterpark, Kalahari has it all for both the family and the conference-goer. Admission to the waterpark is included in the room price. With twelve restaurants and cafes, your guests will not go hungry, and with over 100,000 square feet available to the conference, there will be plenty of room for exhibitors and technical sessions.
Kalahari is now accepting reservations. The ASHE rate includes complimentary wireless internet and parking, and entrance to the water park for you and your guests, beginning at 11:00 am the day of arrival.
Important information for corporate registrations
Per the policy at Kalahari Resorts, Kalahari does not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, nor Purchase Orders to be submitted to us at the hotel check-in. We have a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to us at pareservationssupport@kalahariresorts.com. We highly suggest that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards, since our Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.
The ASHE rate will be available until at least May 18, 2025, and will apply two days before and after the conference, so make your plans now!
